i have got the marlin too with a brushless and lipo from hong kong via ebay ca 50$ motor+esc+lipo 11,1 volt 2800mah

I drive it on the lake of konstanz (Germany) so I had to build am flood chamber in becausse of the rough water it gets to a speed of 38km/...
