It's not Infantry AIT, we didnt get our cell phones until we graduated. It might be airborne school or something since the ds is being cool with all the privates and joking around. It definitely wouldnt be like that during basic or ait.

Thats not true. Basic and AIT were the same throughout the whole training period. They treated us like sh*t from day 1 until we finished FTX and our Bayonet ruck march back to the company.
