Canned foods last a whole lot longer than people can imagine.. As long as the lids are not bulged they are fine. I read a story about canned food that was found and was decades old.. it was some sort of meat .. they opened it, it smelled fine.. they fed it to there cat and it didn't hurt the cat ...
