@codydunn61 yea i am pretty sure this is real... there are people who can do this and i am pretty sure he is one of them... it looks pretty real actually...

@marcmrniceguy555 where did you get your tabi boots? right now i have a pair of Vibram Five Finger speeds (similar to Bikilas) but the tread on them is not quite right for Parkour. I am kind of in the market for a cheap parkour shoe for the upcoming spring season.

i have to agree with the other comments... for a beginner you have nowhere to go but up. if you keep up with the training i don't see why you cant become awesome at this sport. I would also have to agree that the spins are un needed. The point of parkour is to get from point A to point B as quick...
