This used to scare the shit outta me as a kid. It's the combination of the psychedelic scenes, the eerie singing, and those vacant eyes... and holy shit 2:18. What the heck were the animators on when they made this.

That little "ting" at 7:59 made the movie for me. I never thought I'd say this, but this Uwe Boll movie is actually watchable.
