surely, no martial art is any better than the teacher teaching it and the student practicing it? i mean i have seen people with years of experience in 'hard' styles (like muay thai) get rolled over and i have witnessed a friend with five years aikido walk through four attackers without breaking ...

i first heard this on the Secret World Tour and wondered where it originated. It is a very passionate piece and SO different here to anywhere else in his collection. This is the best version without a doubt...

yeah, think the "big blue ball" album is a collection of music and jamming sessions from the 80's (at realworld studios) that he has produced up to decent quality for the modern age - however he is only the main contributary artist on something like four songs on the album.

anyone know what the audio release live discs of this tour were released as? for some reason i keep saying "bootleg" but i am sure that isn't right and thet aren't coming up on searches... saw him in birmingham NIA!

Really enjoyed this workout - just started using burpees to build up my cardio, conditioning etc. Are you training for something specific? I play badminton and my fitness is considerably poorer than the main team members of the club I attend! Burpees are wonderfully explosive.

this is such a cracking video. got me thinking about long rallies; i remember going to the All England 2004 and the ladies doubles final seemed to go on for hours. and i mean that in a good way - some superb rallies.
