Starting May 28, 2010 God has laid on my heart a new ministry that I can do for him. I see so many people here on youtube with ministries and I thought, what can I do for the Lord. I want to give every part of my life to him including youtube. So here it is guys. God has laid on my heart to pray for YOU. Whatever prayers you need please ask and I will definately pray for you. God is doing more things in my life and I have more testimonies to share. So I have put them in a sequence below. I'm so excited about the things that God is doing in my life I have to shout it out!! All these testimonies are very recent and happened within the last year.
Testimony 1
My Sin: God released me from a very bad sin in my life. Music and other things were causing this sin in my life and the first step was to repent and turn away from these things. So my first testimony is that God took this sinful desires away from me and I was able to focus more on my walk with him.
Testimony 2
Music: Originally I set up this youtube channel just so I could listen to 80's music, which is why I'm called 1980RockGirl. You may have been a little surprised to come to my channel and not actually see any 80's rock music. The music made me feel nostalgic for the old days and later I found myself wanting to fall back into my old sins. I struggled with this for a couple of years, but after God released me from my sin I found myself listening to different music. I now really don't have a desire to listen to most of the stuff I did before.
Tesimony 3
Mission: God has finally revealed his purpose and mission for me in my life. I kept having dreams about singing and leading in music. This is something that is so unlike me, because I am very timid and never thought I could do something like this. I'm a singer and always thought if I got over my shyness I would be a recording artist, but God has other plans for me. I am now leading in worship with a couple of other people at my church. But, God has shown me even more than that!
The Vision:
God has given me a vision for my future. I want to join a praise and worship group and tour churches singing and preaching for Christ! I'm really excited about this vision and I plan to pursue exactly this.
I wanted to share this with you all, because I want you all to know how real God is and how he has a purpose for everybody. If he can use me he can use anybody!
