my laptop has an 8800gts, i run multiplayer on veryhigh without much of a problem, i have a higher chance of lagging because of poor wifi. does slowdown a bit in heavy battles, but then again its probably the high ping. a thing to keep in mind, the human eye sees at 30fps(if my professor is right...

your computer should be able to run it fine, the processor is refering to a 3ghz pentium 4, which is a single core processor, more then likely your running a duo core, i believe a 1.5ghz duo is as powerful as a 3ghz pentium 4

buddy, i kinda know z28's and camaro... i kind of own one, ive done research on them, ive read the literature all that fun stuff, ask any true camaro person who deals in first gen camaros, there was only 1 z28 camaro convertible made until the irock bodies came along and that was a 1968 convertible.
