1973 Volkswagen Beetle

The car that you are seeing all around the channel and my videos is my first car, a 1973 Beetle. Since I am 14, I cannot drive it yet, but I own it. I paid for it with my own hard earned money, which totaled $4000. In the meantime, my father drives it. He had 5 Beetles back in the day. It really brings him back memories (and I get to hear them all). Now since he taught me how to drive it, I can fully operate a 4spd stick at 14. I can drive my car better than my 30 year old brother!

The car itself is completely original. Everything, except for the 10 year old coat of paint and a rebuilt alternator, is straight from the Germany plant.

A big goal of mine is to restore old, junkyard condition Beetles to mint, in hope to save Beetles from extintion. The day I will start is the day my father actually lets me use a bay in the garage.
