front wheel bearings now done. Right pain to get the cone presure right,but after loads of trys its smooth and quiet.you were spot on with the over tight and lack of grease.thanks again for your great tips and vid guide.all set for the winter.

JUST FINISHED HEADSET REGREASING. FOUND SAME GREASE AMOUNT AS YOU,WITH SLIGHT WEAR AS I HAVE HAD THE BIKE THREE YEARS NOW.I HAD TO HIT THE TOP ALLEN KEY BOLT VERY HARD TO FREE UP THE STEM.WITH CARE NOT TO LOOSE THE TAPERED BLOCK OFF THE END OF THE BOLT.THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT VID NOW ITS THE FRONT ...

I HAVE ALSO DONE A RACE TO WORK ON MY BROMPTON AND MY TOURING ROAD BIKE AND THE BROMPTON WAS 10 MINS SLOWER OVER 12 MILES.THE LITTLE WHEELS DO NOT HOLD YOU UP MUCH.LOVED THE WAY YOU SHOWED YOUR RACE .

I HAVE JUST CUT OUT DAIRY AND MEAT BUT I AM STILL EATING FISH SEA FOOD AND SOYA PRODUCTS ARE THESE THINGS ALSO BAD FOR THE BODY ? THANKS FOR ANY HELP POSTIE PHIL ENGLAND
