I don't know if NZ cars used a different grille or not, but that grille is not the US Torino grille.(I have seen another Ytube torino from NZ that has the 70 torino grille) Yours is similar looking - but not the same - as the Cobra gille. With the low-end standard grille instead of the more familiar "mouth" grille.

The Cobra grille was actually the Falcon grille painted black. They had specific fender extensions for that grille that were later dropped because it wasn't necessary. @murda9966 I don't think you need to worry about that. Don't expect them all to rush to stand in line for a trash mouth!

Obviously quite different than the 1972 grille most are familiar with.
