Rapping over music comes from the dub music of the Rastas who spoke about their African heritage. MCing and Deejaying comes from the Jamaican Dancehalls. Both rapping and MCing comes from the hardcore ghettos of Kingston, Jamaica. It is from them that many tell their stories of their life and try to uplift the people living in the ghettos.

Some of the music I have on this channel is also from the 1960s. I am not associated with website below. But it is a story about the original white rapper. There where others like Judge Dread but Found this story interesting.
