If I am correct TOTP let every artist/group rerecorded their hitsong vocally for the show. Every artist or group lip synced on the rerecorded soundtrack.

About the lip sync thing; a lot of people might not know this but TOTP let every artist or group sing their hitsingle "live" in the BBC studio and used that re-recorded vocaltrack for TOTP. The artist/group performed and lip synced on the new recorded vocal track in TOTP.
