@hypnofan35 magma is between 3,500 5,000 degrees HI. eruptions which are almost continuous are visible by day as well, it is a matter of high temperature that gives the incandescence not fusion.

That looks like a star shell, which is a large parachute flare used by the navy to illuminate nighttime targets. not saying that that is what this is, but it does look like one.

Things are definitely picking up, the seismic activity is getting very hot, and they are not reporting all of the quakes either.
