@vinceblast The trick is to just nick the 7 pin with the barest of touches and it will slide to the 10. Requires high accuracy but not impossible. Many think the 7-10 conversion using the sliding technique (like a 4-6) as impossible as opposed to using "duck pins", "cannon of the wall" or the ill...
