I bought this same Apple keyboard, and it still won't connect. It keeps asking for the pin, and I've done all the steps you've shown, and still....it will not pair!
CM7 on the Nook Color
Edit: UPDATE! The newest nightlies have Bluetooth and DSP enabled! Though there are still some bugs in DSP, it does play video, albeit around 10-15...

if you boot into 1.0.1 and register everything do you automatically get updates? My NC went into installing updates, and just kept doing that over and over. Trying to unbrick once again....
