Very well said. People wanted a feel-good president. They accepted his notions that banks, insurance companies and the food industry are over-regulated. Now we are reaping the fruits of Reagan's massive deregulation.

Another form of bullying is exclusion. A less than confident child can be pushed to despair when he is frozen out by the group. Adults play this bullshit game too. It should not be tolerated by caregivers when kids are involved. Bosses should forbid it on the job by penalizing the perpetrators. S...

No way. Extra pounds wouldn't beat Ali. Joe Louis kicked the shit out of guys with 60 or 70 lbs on him like Abe Simon, Buddy Baer & Tony Galento. Ali would do the same with todays oafs. So would Frazier, Forman, Quarry and Tyson, Marciano and Louis.

I agree. Rocky would probably been tougher for Ali than Frazier, but certainly as tough.
I agree. They also had great endurance. You never see Joe Louis puffing and blowing, even in his rare fights that went the distance. And you're right, they could take punishment. Joe decked Tony and Tony bounced right up. Tony decked Joe and Joe bounced back and TKO'd him in the fourth.
