I am a political junkie who continues to be a progressive and not afraid to call myself a liberal, despite my advanced age. I expected to become a conservative when i got older because i thought everyone did so, but I have not been able to cross that bridge and I figure that having reached 71 years, it won't happen.
I am married for 45 years to a great lady who doesn't like me very much, but I am devoted to her. She has done all the physical work in our happy family and that may be why she resents me so now.

She raised a relatively large family while catering to my every need and has been through thick and thin financialy with me.
