No smart one, Ventus was just another keyblade wielder that had the keyblade before Sora. He's special because he had the ability to some day use the X-blade. The most powerful keyblade(I think). Also at the end of the game his heart went inside Sora.

All I'm getting from this video is that it's going to be the best Final fantasy to date. I noticed that mainly people from FFVII VIII X and KH, which are all awesome games.

There is a video, almost like a trailer for BBS V2. Also 358/2 Days is relevant to the story and while skipable right now, later games will make it a game connected more directly to the story.

My guess is that it explains anything that's missing, since it showed images from multiple points of the timeline we have not seen. It will be a game starting from probably directly after BBS and ending somewhere around kh2-DDD.

The combat may be better than most traditional MMO, but it won't change them. Ever heard of TERA? Another MMO coming out this year, it changed the gameplay completely by using real time action combat. Sorry Bioware but they one upped you here.
