It works, but you didn't do it correctly! You have to remove the Hard Drive, then use a hair dryer on the back vents back and forth for 15 minutes. Then use a fan to cool it for 20 minutes. Mine worked fine after I did this!

This is no B.S. I did it to mine tonite, only took 35 minutes total now it works fine! I used the hair dryer for 15 minutes, then put a fan on it for 20 minutes. I used canned air and blew off the hard drive when i removed it and inside where the hard drive goes. Thanks a Million buddy!!!
