Frost3784: In TOS, the Enterprise's warp nacelles did provide thrust while in warp. Only after the refit (for TMP) were they designed to simply create the warp field and thrust provided by the impulse engines.

I like this movie, although there are some inconsistencies that irk my inner Trekker: 1, the Enterprise was built at the San Fransisco shipyards(in orbit), not in Iowa (on the ground). 2, Kirk had hazel eyes, not blue. 3, McCoy had blue eyes, not brown. 4, What was the deal with the engine room??...

(Slightly) interesting fact: The guy (Wayne Pygram) playing Tarkin in this scene is the actor who played Scorpius in 'Farscape'.

Has anyone else noticed that in most films, the zombies have messed-up faces yet the body is in perfect condition (apart from some dirt)? You would think these films are made on a tiny budget that doesn't stretch to decent SFX. Either that or the make-up artists are a bit workshy...
