@MickehDaHuskeh u bet it does... i have the same type of system and i have the same problem. one thing i did that seem to help was - i changed the target frame rate to "unlimited".... helped my system out, although i dont know why. I hope Microsoft Flight makes better use of multi-cored systems.

@nikeheader i have the original Forza and Forza 3. They are good straight up circuit racing. However, im talking physics and damage exactly like NFS High Stakes and the original Driver. They are still the best arcade style racing games i have played.
