Uh... yes it is. Take what you earned by force of government. I bet I can get 2000 signatures on a similar petition at my university. Mostly from people with < 2.5 GPA. Which explains why it's so easy to get votes from looters.

It runs pretty well. I've recently supplimented it with an 870. Operationally, I prefer the Benelli. The 870 has a better overall feel though.

It may well have some movement limitations. I haven't tried using this method running and gunning. My next trip to the range with a shotty, I'll see how it works out for reloads, transitions, etc. As far as I can tell, it doesn't slow down transitions in any way. But you may be correct regard...

When the HK comes out of the water, the barrel is angled down, and the rifle is given a quick shake.
When the M16 comes out of the water, the barrel is angled up. Pause the video at exactly 1:30 and observe.

I zeroed at 300yds. So far, I have only shot it to 500, but am looking forward to getting it on some bigger ranges. There is only one 1000yd range near me, and access to it is ... problematic.
