for our engineering class we had to make straw towers that can hold at least 1000 kg we got 4500 kg

max. weight applied- 48 lbs

this tower had a premature failure because the loading block slipped. It held 13.25 kg and weighed 16.6 g so its ratio is roughly 10.5

Mass: 42.3 g

Mass Held: 27 kg
