I never understood why people sell wonderfull stuff they probably never will get again. I had a Korg MS10 (brandnew in box for €90 todays money), MS20, SQ10 and a Moog in the early eighties. It is now 2012 and I still have them. Now they are rediculous expensive.

Schon mal versucht ein alter Auspuff mit WIG zu schweissen? Geht gegen alle Erwartungen in erstaunlich gut. Vor allem bei Rohre auf stoss gibt das ein ganz schönes Endresultat.

Da haut er bei 0:14 doch tatsächlich seine Wolfram Spitze gegen das Material. Spitze hin und ein Fehler in der Schweissnaht. Gibt ein schönen Punkt auf das Röntgenbild.

I have exact the same machine (only with another name on it). It is made in China and was very cheap. That said, it works superb. It has a nice steady arc and welds steel and aluminum perfectly. I use it professionally also for pipewelding and these welds are checked by X-ray. I never had problem...

They used a mellotron extensively here. So look in Wikipedia under Mellotron, there is a part '1970s and progressive rock' which names quite a few songs which has a mellotron in it. See if its named there.

With a vocoder you can also hear very clearly whats said, it depends on the vocoder. Buy an EMS 5000 vocoder (very steep price though) and be amazed how clear a vocoder can be.

The sounds are very Kraftwerk-ish. I like those sounds but it doesn't sounds much like the Korg MS-10 (the original). That's no problem because I already have those vintage MS synthesizers.
