the theories of evolution and genetics will be self evident as time goes on. Assuming we're still around for another 50 thousand years, which according to our science really isn't an amazingly long time. Not that we'll get to see it of course! but it would be interesting.

@r3dAeon it feeds that "im intrinsically better than you for not being like you" mentality that some people, being worse than mediocre in most regards, have to cling to. its a very easy thing to say and put into practice, and thus very easy to continually reinforce since they find it fulfilling.

So basically i'm say that marriage can be understood in principle apart from procreation. So what is marriage today? as it exits in its entirety? certainly its not what most of us would define as "traditional" anymore. So is the whole issue an issue of definitions?
