no never. If you have a maxed Hp Whimsicott and run a big root instead of leftovers, you can never EVER get as much Hp. The ratio of (HP acquired via Leftovers+Leechseed) : (HP acquired via leechseed+bigroot), whilst substituting in the relevant details, proves this. Trust me, I did the maths.
