This aria is actually Dido's lament "When I am laid in earth" from Dido and Aeneas. The music is very similar to "O let me weep" but pay attention to the lyrics. In another performance (in film Hable con Ella), Pina Bausch used the above aria from The Fairy Queen.

The certain bouzouki there, is a development of ancient tambouras and it could replaced with a saz or an oud isntead of a bouz...
