"I padroni del mondo" non è un classico film sugli UFO, ma un film che cerca di comprendere il motivo per cui tutte le informazioni mai raccolte fino ad oggi sugli UFO ci vengano tenute nascoste dai militari del Pentagono.
E' forse trovando questa risposta che si può trovare anche quella sull'esistenza o meno di esseri provenienti da altri pianeti, e sulle loro eventuali intenzioni.
Il film presenta tutti i più classici casi della storia, da Roswell fino ai recenti avvistamenti di massa di Stephenville, che vengono analizzati nell'ottica di una ingerenza militare intesa a nascondere sistematicamente le informazioni relative a ciascun caso.
Si scopre così una modalità di comportamento precisa e costante, da parte dei militari, che suggerisce una altrettanto precisa agenda nascosta, tutt'altro che tranquillizzante.
- Perchè la metà dei satelliti terrestri è puntata verso lo spazio esterno?
- Quali segreti nasconde il Pentagono, che nemmeno i Presidenti possono conoscere?
- Perchè molti avvistamenti UFO avvengono sopra le basi con missili nucleari?
- Qual'è il vero scopo del progetto "Guerre Stellari"?
- A che scopo i MIG russi cercavano di abbattere gli UFO avvistati sul loro territorio?
- Quali sono, fino ad oggi, i casi di avvistamento considerati "irrefutabili"?
- Perchè russi e americani presero accordi segreti sugli UFO, durante la Guerra Fredda ?
- Perchè viene impedito ai piloti civili di parlare pubblicamente degli avvistamenti UFO?
La verità è probabilmente un composto di realtà e di fiction, dove la seconda insegue la prima almeno quanto la prima determini la seconda. Se si condisce il tutto con interessi economici praticamente incommensurabili, si può comprendere come il meccanismo dei ricatti incrociati, degli spauracchi artificiali, delle bugie intenzionali, dei segreti impronunciabili, della disinformazione sistematica e del terrore vero e proprio, crei per il normale cittadino una cortina fumogena apparentemente impenetrabile.
Se però si analizzano con calma alcuni dati di fatto, certi e comprovati, è possibile costruire un ragionamento che porti ad escludere con relativa certezza alcune ipotesi a favore di altre.
Ma gli scenari che si propongono, in ogni caso, rimangono per il normale cittadino tutt'altro che tranquillizzanti

This was shown in the beginning of the keynote where the CEO of Activision showed the attendees the short film of Operation Kingfish made by the fans who produced the 'Find Makarov' which was catching to the Call of Duty fans eyes. So Activision had rang them up and asked if they could produce a short film related to MW3 story mode.
