It depends what strength you're using. They recommend that you start on the 2.5% benzyl peroxide (I use the cream, not the wash), but you can also increase it to 5% or 10% benzyl peroxide if you think you need to. If you make up a solution of warm water and bicarbonate of soda and soak one of those round cotton make-up removal pads in it, then put it on your nose for about 5 minutes, it'll open up your pores more than just warm water. It makes them work soooo much better! It's amazing how much gunk comes ...
