The shot came from the Railview camera. Most locomotives have them now. They were installed to collect evidence in the event of a train/car collision. This one just happened to get a really good shot of natures ultimate force.

that's always fun to do. I hit my first tree going 35mph through Lorain, OH about 2 years ago and it scared the daylights out of me. Amazingly only one ditchlight was broken.
