Mos Def and Black Thought started out spitting crazy fucking hot and got a little slow towards the end of each. Eminem's rhyme never reached the dopeness of the other two's beginnings but also was better throughout than the end of each. All three are sick as fuck though.

Plantains are still going to be pretty bad for weight loss even if you don't fry them seeing as they are all starch. I guess it's a better alternative to real tostones but it's still not that great for losing weight.
