Yes Zippers pushrod covers and you can use a early 2000's intake. I think most pre-2004 sportster intakes will work.

Nope. Just fabbed up some mounts to fit XB motor in a Paughco frame. It was a tight fit but $600 for a frame is more reasonable than what motherfuckers want for an XB frame. I appreciate a budget build because it makes you be more creative. Cheers!
