oh, and that sounds great! I also like anthology. they have it in book form. hehe, and so its by the actual beatles themselves. its kinda expensive but really good anyways. and i know what you mean by "focused mainly on john" i am trying to write a book about all the beatles, from 1955-1980, and have it be a fun personal book, coming from the characters viewpoints, (not bio form) and i base it all on actual events, and i include people who knew them, and quotes by the beatles and people who knew them to guide the story. it goes like, chapter 1, john, chapter 2 paul, ect. so it switches characters. and i want it to focus on their journey together, their friendships and challenges in life, and john always emerges the main character. no matter what, there was just so much to the man.

i feel the same way, about books on john anyways. if you look at the iewpoint of only one person who knew john, you dont get the whole essance of the man. i mean, everyone will have a different view of john. i mean, cyn has her right to her opinion and i love her and i think she was great, but her book is biased. not on purpose, but she WAS his ex wife and mother of his neglected child. her book will be bittersweet. but if there were a book about john by paul, or yoko, or sean, or even ringo, it would be very different. but still, its a great book, but i like to think of john through an over all prospective.
