There are so many benefits to fasting but unfortunately the majority of people "just don't get it". I have been attacked for talking about it on my other channel by a hoard of ignorant naysayers. These people lack intelligence and therefore are unable to comprehend the miracles of fasting because they have been brainwashed by the media and society in general.
Mainstream media which includes the evil diet industry will never promote water fasting because there is no money in it. Who wants to promote the FASTEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT and optimize your health at absolutely NO COST? They don't, that's for sure and that's why there is so much backlash against it. If you are incapable of thinking for yourself, this channel is not for you.
