This is what sport compact cars were before the Fast and The Furious movies. A very well built car from the ground up, with the best parts. Not a speed machine, but enough to beat most cars on the road. The HP to weight is perfect for handling as well. She will run forever.

btw the Chevy Volt in its current form just cannot compete in the current market. The Prius is on its 3rd generation, and with automakers ditching combustion engines its left out in the cold. The there is the price. The Volt is in the same price range as the Tahoe, which is a VERY big problem.

This is why clean diesel technology isn't in the US, the stigma that its impossible due to trucks and 18 wheelers being improperly maintained. Diesels in the Uk are getting close to 80mpg, even more in some cases.
