Push off harder with your back leg and whip your arm. You seem winded by the end of the video so do some stengthening drills such as running and cycling. Also your excess foot movement is illegal. You will have to drag your foot on every pitch. :)

Honestly, after seeing this movie, it was in now way about Secretariat....It was about Penny Chenery and should have been named "Penny's Story" not Secretariat. The Belmont Stakes was reduced to nothing and Big Red needed more screen time.
