I cant say these are all flagrant fouls. Some are of your traditional hard foul variety particularly fouls 1, 2, and 6. However, the rest certainly are flagrants, and the blame goes on the kids committing those fouls and the coach for letting them stay in the game to commit those fouls.

If you want to call what Messier did a cheap shot, then you cannot defend Arnott and say he wasn't throwing cheap shots as well. He was punching at a defenseless player who was on his back with another player on top of him. I have no idea how you don't see that.

They were only love taps because Messier was holding onto Arnott's jersey, he's still trying to punch him in the face regardless. Arnott was gutless, and Messier did the right thing by protecting his teammate, and really any player should stand up for his teammate like that. Don't be an idiot kid...

As great as Yao was he didn't put up those types of numbers on a consistent basis. In fact he averaged over 20ppg only three times throughout his career.

Signing Brashear over Colton Orr was a big mistake. Brash is out of his prime at 37, and can't contribute otherwise. Orr however, is a good 4th line checker. Toronto will be happy with him.
