Not if you like a versatile sound, clean and dirty. You get an amp that sounds very clean and you can always dirty it up with effects. Not true the other way around. At any rate, just saying you can get this amp to do much more than clean.

Maybe the road rules are different here in the U.S., but over here it would definitely be the car driver's fault. He signals, but is already moving over. Plus, the car he wants to pass is way far ahead. You were too close to his bumper, true, but that doesn't seem to be the reason you got hit.
