mot ivy varsity lightweight 8s will have a spread of guys there are probably 1 or two really quick guys who are around 615 to 620 then the rest can be anywhere from 620 to 630. a guy with around 630 would be on the slower side but it is a possibility, as is having more than 1 or 2 guys around 615

The average erg of most VL8s in the EARC is somewhere is the 620s I would bet. If you are looking to get recruited to Penn you won't get taken seriously unless you are sub 6:40, 6:45 is what they ask potential recruits to be below but they prefer having guys in the 6:30s and some freaks of natur...
