Why he is fake = Time did not stop. The real ps always stop time before every round start. In other words when you fight against ps there is no time, cause he froze the time.

I don't remember them saying that version 3.0 was a private release, From what i heard it was public release. Beside version 3.0 was release publicly sence way back in year 2001 or something. Its not like its a new release or leak version.
