@jErRiMaRLeNe All my family is from Lynch, Ky. My grandpa worked at 31 in Lynch for a long time and retired here in East Tennesse. I was the first generation not to work in the mines, makes me sad in a way that I didn't get to experience it.

I'll give you a good marinade to try. 1 cup of red wine, 1 cup if soy sauce, a splash of Christian Brothers brandy, mix up and sprinkle a little garliz salt in you steak before you grill. You're going to like it.
