uh no its to reset their reticule so they shoot more accurately its a habit from halo 1 because the pistol had such a large reticule it was important for the bullets to hit the target in the center of the reticule. and yes aka the "ogre twitch" and you were never pro bk... play me 1v1 in halo 3 g...
