I am proud to present a series of videos I have just produced to help you eliminate several common types of pain and stiffness in your body by following the simple exercises that I demonstrate. I prefer to call them gentle movements.
The thing everyone loves about these exercises is that they only take approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you do them daily you will quickly find your pain fading like a bad memory.
I developed these exercises specifically to be easy to do, no matter where you are. Several are done in my own office chair to demonstrate that you do not need to go to a gym or have any kind of special equipment to do them. If you are having neck, back or shoulder pain, or if your hands and wrists ache from repetitive motion at a computer, you can following along with me right at your desk. No special equipment needed.
For the lower back and hips I demonstrate simple, comfortable exercises in my bed. You can do them in your own bed or on the floor. Again, I want you to understand that these are based around moving your body in such as way at to overcome the problem that is causing the pain.
Let me emphasize that this doesn't require fancy gym equipment or hours of exercise. In fact, each exercise requires only 10 minutes.
I am not a medical doctor or physical therapist. I developed these exercises over several years of teaching yoga classes to people with chronic pain. In cases of physical damage, broken bones or disease, my exercises may not help. In any case of chronic pain, you should first seek professional medical help.
