I've served in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserves for 6 years now.

I've been heavy most of my life. It started in grade 8 and just sky rocketed from there. I gained a majority of my weight at 2 times in my life. First, when my dad passed away when I was in grade 9, and again when I went to University and was given the freedom to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted.

The heaviest I've ever been is 220lbs and that was 2 years ago. I started a fitness plan that I've actually been able to stick to in January 2011. My starting weight on the 10th of January was 202.4lbs. It has been a long time since I've seen "1-something" on a scale. My ultimate goal is to be between 135 and 140. Hopefully to be achieved before my 24th birthday.
