its a shame he steers this car like a typical business car driver. Terrible way to hold and use a steering wheel on a track. Hands at 9 and 3 please. Fingers looped over the steering spokes, and steer with arms.

not that i massively disagree that supplements can be useful for those trying to bulk up massively. I'm fairly sure that athletes in the 1920 olympics managed to get fit, toned and healthy without supplements lol.
