what even at night? in the UK if there is no traffic then you turn off your siren. plus at certain hours of night you cannot use the siren in built up areas unless absolutely neccessary (medium to heavy traffic)

believe me, having spoken to some firefighters from Russia, fires with a high death toll are a very regular occurrance. Russia is not a third world country and that it why it is a shame. Russia is not third world and should be able to afford better firefighting equipment/engines/PPE.

there is no such thing as a SATS. its called a Pulseox....we use it to check O2 saturation levels of the blood, hence why we say Sats. and because generally O2 will have no effect on a fitting/unresponsive patient from the start. we give it to them once they start to come round a bit to help them...
