Very far from playable imo. In GTA:SA you want at least 20 FPS all the time, dropping into single figures some of the time in that vid... :/

Most 3850s are around £100, but the 256mb ones are cheaper. You can get AGP versions now aswell, but they will be slower than PCI-E. Really you want to get the 512 models, espically at larger resoloutions.
