The thing is, cc is the volume of the cilinder, Hp is the power the engine delivers. There is a relation between those two. When the cilinder gets bigger, more cc, the power the engine delivers will be bigger, more Hp. But NO they are not the same. :-)

Voor iemand die begint, ja. als je eenmaal een beetje gevoel hebt voor je vliegertje gaat het prima. Op t water kan je ook prima manoeuvreren, mits je een beetje geoefende kiter bent natuurlijk ;-)

It will cost you around 1000-1500 euros to start, including lessons. Dont buy new kiteboarding stuff, WAY to expensive, look for some secondhand gear and good ...
