The videos are from the Pro version ( Which needs Pro Unity). There is also a free version. The Standard version will be released in the next few days. Both Free and standard work with Unity Indie 3.2+

You don't need to provide uv's. However the Opaque versions and the Transparent versions of the shaders react differently to Alpha channel data. The Opaque version let light pass through to the back faces depending on Alpha. But remain Opaque. The Transparent shader will become more ...
